Alysse & Jordan : Wedding : Fitchburg, MA

Alysse & Jordan did not have an easy time wedding planning. Obv, COVID sucked. Mass laws forbade large gatherings. Guess what? They got married at their BEAUTIFUL home in their BACKYARD with all the special humans and it was just right. It was also hotter than a Lil Naz X video that day with their original plan having been a large indoor AC venue. Everyone was such a trooper! Jason and I got some much needed relief chillen in the A/C along with his comic book collection.

Also, ALYSSE DID HER OWN FLORALS WHAAHAAT? She ordered her drieds online and set up all the gorgeous table scapes herself. The two did a special tree planting ceremony where all their guests and themselves put dirt on a sapling to symbolize the growth of their family. Also, our good friend Olivia make the macrame backdrop that went on the pallet background they got married in front of. So many talented humans. These two met via the internets (no hate, so many of my couples have happily found love over online platforms - YOU HAVE TO BE LOOKING FOR LOVE NOT A HOOKUP AND IT CAN WORK Y’ALL!) and are SO PERFECT together. Instead of throwing their giant shindig this year, they opted to cancel, save the money and recently got approval to be foster parents!!!! I’m so happy for these two, and feel especially lucky to call Alysse, and now Jason, a close friend of mine.
