Mt. Monadnock

Last week on a foggy, hot, muggy day Ryan (my wonderful boyfriend) and I decided to hike up Mt. Monadnock for the first time. Despite the rain, it was a wonderful opportunity for a challenging hike but also for some beautiful photographs. Visibility was little but we had a great time despite leaving soaking wet! I tried making a homemade bokeh filter out of cardboard and rubber bands and it worked out pretty well with my 85mm. He is a goof.All in all we made it down with a half hour before dark and only a couple bruises thanks to the slick rocks. Definitely worth it, and I cannot wait to hike to the summit next time we go!
